The prices listed on this site include VAT at the present rate and are valid when the order is placed. Shipping costs will be added to the prices. In case of a product exchange for another one, the price of the final product is apllied. For signed-in customers registed and correctly identified as a company, prices are listed without VAT.
The orders may be paid by Multibanco (only for portuguese bank accounts), credit card or PayPal.
The proof of payment must be sent referring your order number to the following email info@petitpied.pt. If payment was made online, such as credit card, ATM or PayPal the proof of payment will be issued by the respective banking entities and included in your order. The orders are processed right after our services receive the proof of payment.
In case the item is out of stock or unavailable for ordering you can ask for a return of the amount paid or an item exchange.
The costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
The invoice will be sent with the product.
Our online products can be shipped to the following countries: Portugal and European Countries. Please send an email to info@petitpied.pt to know the shipping costs outside of Portugal.
The delivery dates are of a third party’s responsibility and can be read in the additional information of the selected service.

Portugal - Free for orders from 50€
Spain - 5€

All our online items are subject to the stock availability. To order any of our online items click on “Add to shopping cart” in any item page. Whenever an order is placed in the shopping cart the customer will receive a confirmation email and all related information. When the order is concluded a confirmation screen will show. The customer can access all related data in the online account. All information is stored in our website in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
1. In case of a consumer dispute, defined in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September, consumers may contact an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity (ADR) competent for alternative consumer disputes.
2. Without prejudice to law, their statutes and regulations that regulate alternative resolution entities for consumer disputes, an entity is considered competent to resolve the consumer disputes located in the area where the contract was drawn up or the area of the local purchase and sale of goods or the provision of services. If there is for the sector specific alternative dispute resolution entities with expertise, the consumer can also contact these entities.
3. If there is no competent Alternative Dispute Resolution entity in the area of where the goods and services were sold or contracted, or existing entities do not consider themselves competent due to the necessary expertise, the consumer may contact the National Information Center and Consumer Disputes Arbitration (Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo), located in Lisbon, Portugal, under the email address: cniacc@unl.pt and also available on http://www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org .
